The Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat is a beast already from factory and with its performance it outclasses even famous sedans from BMW M, Mercedes AMG and the Quattro GmbH. The four-door Hellcat is currently the strongest sedan with rear wheel drive. For decades, the German US car specialist GeigerCars from Munich has been one of the top addresses in Germany for US car fans and the Munich company now brings the four-door beast to the home of Porsche and the famous “AUTOBAHN” (even though the car isn’t official available in Germany). Of course, the German US car specialist Karl Geiger still adds something on top when it comes to the performance.
In combination with a stainless steel exhaust system with valve control, airbox and updated software, Geigers Hellcat with 782 hp (923 Nm!) reaches a top speed of 208,78 mph (336 km/h). No doubt, the Charger SRT Hellcat is a bullet that requires a very special suspension development.

No matter in which of the three damping modes (Street, Sport, Track): The Hellcat swings, acts spongy, but responds in spite of softness rather rough on short shocks. It is actually quite ironic that you do not really want to drive the strongest sedan in the world fast…”. With our KW coilover suspension the feeling is completely different. Despite the brute force of torque and power, the 295/25 tires on the rear axle always build up enough grip – except during burnout celebrations – and in all life situations, the more than two-ton sedan corners very well.

So the compression level in the high-speed range can be changed manually with 14 clicks and the low-speed compression with six clicks. We therefore use our patented KW valve technology with two throttle valves. A harder low speed setting causes a more direct steering response at the front axle and acts against oversteering on the rear axle without negatively affecting the deflection behavior of the high-speed compression damping caused by driving over bumps quickly.
The rebound can be adjusted with 16 exact clicks via the rebound adjustment wheel at the upper end of the piston rod. Increased rebound forces ensure a tighter handling and a significantly lower body roll. So the steering precision at the limits of driving dynamics is improved at very high speeds while a lower rebound is advantageous on uneven and wavy road surfaces.
No worries, you won´t get sea-sick and “Hellcat green” in the face from the rolling behavior of the “heavyweight” – our suspension kit tames the wild beast of the SRT Charger Hellcat. The car is always controllable and responds directly to steering movements, which increases the safety even at high cornering speeds. Uneven road surfaces are damped, and saying a lowered suspension is equally hard, is an old wives tale. Within the technical part certificate approved by German authorities you can continuously lower the Hellcat directly via the trapezoidal thread on the stainless steel struts by 5 – 30 mm on the front axle; and on the drive axle, the tested adjustment range of the rear-axle height adjustment is 10 – 30 mm.
